1) After fully understand the basic requirement of the project, able to design, floor-plan drawings, illustration and installation drawings; 

2) Can provide overall stylist design references in the early stage, coordinate design and review construction drawings in the plan and construction phase, and coordinate with various departments of the project. 

3) Has excellent market sense of popular or upcoming materials 

1) Experienced in interior design, familiar with the construction technology, interior design specifications of the building decoration industry, and understand construction materials;

2) Able to complete a full set of construction drawings and 3D renderings, 

3) Skillfully use interior design software; 

4) Responsible, positive working attitude and quick learner, good team-player, can-do attitude, able to complete tasks assigned by the leader quickly
